Eduard 1:32 Mosquito B Mk. IX bomb bay is a photo-etched set of parts for refining the bomb bay of a model of this British bomber. This is not a model but a detail accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:32 scale, aimed at refining the bomb bay of a model of the British bomber de Havilland Mosquito B Mk. IX. The set adds fine metal parts inside the bomb bay and around it that injection-molded plastic cannot capture so finely, and it lets you model an open bomb bay faithfully. The parts are broken out of the etched fret and glued with cyanoacrylate. This is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory for advanced modelers.
The de Havilland Mosquito B Mk. IX was a British high-altitude bomber of the Second World War, derived from the fast twin-engine aircraft of mostly wooden construction. The bomb bay in the lower part of the fuselage carried the bomb load and, left open, it is a rewarding place to show off interior detail.
Separate the parts on a hard surface with a sharp knife and bend them precisely. Use cyanoacrylate to glue metal to plastic, and two-part glue on larger parts for time to position them. Degrease the metal parts before painting and apply a primer.
This is a photo-etched detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
