These are color pre-printed photo-etched seat belts in steel in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer Eduard. It is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory for the pilot's seat. Unlike brass, steel photo-etch can be bent into a realistic sag, so the belts look natural and supple.
