Responsibility details are not available.
Cut-Outs is a publication, not a model and not a kit. It is a firmly bound book of 202 pages with a wire-o binding, printed on seven different kinds of paper. It contains hundreds of paper accessories intended to be cut out and stuck into scenery. The accessories are prepared for 1:35, 1:48 and 1:72 scales, so they are not tied to a single model scale.
The publication is intended for makers of dioramas and vignettes who want to complete the setting around vehicles, figures and buildings quickly and faithfully, from a battlefield through rear areas and camps to streets, workshops or command posts. The accessories only need cutting out and sticking down, and they give a scene detail, context and the atmosphere of the era.
This is not a model and not a kit. It is a printed set of paper accessories to be cut out and stuck into scenery.
