A detail set of the engine deck lift handles of the Chieftain tank (late versions) in 1:35 scale, with contents for one vehicle.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a model of a tank but a fine detail set made for sharpening up a build of the British Chieftain main battle tank in its later versions. The set brings faithfully made lift handles placed on the deck above the engine compartment; the number of parts corresponds to one vehicle.
The Chieftain was a British main battle tank of the Cold War, marked by its steeply sloped frontal armor and a powerful 120 mm gun. The late versions differ from the early ones in a number of details of the equipment and hull fittings, among them the shape and the layout of the handles on the engine deck.
Separate the parts carefully from the carrier frets and clean them up. Glue the small handles with cyanoacrylate glue and use tweezers when handling them. Once the finish is on, the handles will stand out with a light accenting of the edges and a gentle dusting with pigments for an impression of wear.
The set contains only detail parts for one vehicle. The kit of the tank, glue and paints are not included in the package.
