Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the British Sherman Firefly Vc tank in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Dragon, in the reworked 2023 Upgrade Edition release with newly tooled parts. The model holds optional renderings of the tracks and figures of tank crewmen. It is a complete kit of the whole vehicle.
The Sherman Firefly was a British conversion of the American Sherman tank, into whose turret the powerful 17-pounder anti-tank gun was fitted. Thanks to it, it was among the few Allied tanks able to face the German Tigers and Panthers at the usual combat range. It was put into action from the Normandy landings up to the end of the war in Europe.
Work the running gear and the lower part of the hull out before closing it up. Choose between the offered variants of the tracks. The long gun calls for careful alignment. For a faithful patina use washes in the recesses and pigments for mud and dust effects; the enclosed figures of tank crewmen bring the resulting scene to life.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
