Aber 1:35 German PaK 38 5 cm - photo-etched parts is a photo-etched set for sharpening up a model of the German 5 cm PaK 38 anti-tank gun.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched (PE) set in 1:35 scale from the Polish maker Aber, intended to sharpen up a model of the German 5 cm PaK 38 anti-tank gun. It is an aftermarket accessory that replaces the fine sheet-metal components, such as shields, brackets and small fittings, with thin, crisply etched parts of a kind that a plastic kit cannot cast faithfully.
The 5 cm PaK 38 was a German anti-tank gun introduced at the beginning of the Second World War as a more powerful replacement for the weaker PaK 36. With its long barrel and low silhouette it made the backbone of the German anti-tank defense in the first half of the war, and its design influenced the later heavier types as well.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface and make the bends on a bending tool or along a ruler. Use cyanoacrylate glue for joining them, or soldering. Before painting we recommend degreasing the metal and applying a primer for good adhesion.
It is a photo-etched accessory, not a complete model. The base kit is not included in the package.
