Royal Model 1:35 Italian jerrycans (the Second World War)

This resin set contains Italian fuel or water cans of the day for use on vehicles and in military dioramas in 1:35 scale. The polyurethane resin castings capture the pressed profiles, the closures and the handles with fine detail.

What the accessory is for

The cans bring the cargo areas of vehicles, the fenders and the corners of a scene to life. As a typical element of military logistics they give equipment and figure scenes credibility and scale.

Building and painting tips

Wash the parts clean of mold release agent and cut off the casting blocks. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). A combination of a base shade, scuffed edges and light weathering with pigments looks realistic; lay down a base coat before painting.
