Modern Russian Soldiers and Girls 1:35 is a large set of resin figures from Evolution Miniatures – six soldiers and two civilian women for a larger period scene.
Responsibility details are not available.
A large set of resin figures in 1:35 scale capturing a scene of modern armed soldiers in friendly interaction with local young women. The package brings together eight figures – six soldiers in full gear and two civilian women – and so offers enough figures to bring a whole genre scene to life. It is a cast kit for experienced modelers, not finished painted figures.
The subject refers to scenes of modern Russian soldiers in field uniform and with modern weapons, as news reports of the mid-2010s captured them. The contrast between armed men and civilian young women gives the scene a strong narrative charge and suits a modern vehicle as well as a street setting.
Wash the mold release agent off the individual parts, cut the casting blocks away and dry-fit them. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and sand with respiratory protection. For the field patterns of the uniforms, use masking stencils or patient work with a brush; liven the civilian clothes up with richer colors. Paint the faces in thin coats and unify the scene with final washes.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
