An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Sd.Kfz.234/1 heavy reconnaissance armored car in its early version, with interior fittings, in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. The eight-wheeled vehicle carried an open turret with a 2 cm gun. The set contains a detailed interior, photo-etched parts, clear parts and a decal sheet for several marking options.
The Sd.Kfz.234 was a family of German heavy eight-wheeled reconnaissance armored cars of the later part of the Second World War. The 234/1 version carried a lightly armored open turret with a 2 cm quick-firing gun and was used for long-range reconnaissance thanks to its great range and decent road speed. The vehicle stood out for cross-country mobility and steering on all axles.
On a model with an interior, finish and paint the inside and the running gear before you close the hull and fit the turret. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue and the plastic ones with thin cement for plastic. Lay the base down with an airbrush over a primer; bring out the late-war camouflage with washes in the recesses, dust pigments and gentle edge highlights.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
