A figure of a soldier loading a magazine in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian brand Spalah. Resin 3D print, supplied unpainted.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is one figure, not a set: a soldier in the act of loading a magazine, in 1:35 scale. The maker is the Ukrainian brand Spalah, which prints its figures in 3D from photopolymer resin. The pose is what makes this figure stand out: instead of an upright stance with a weapon it shows an activity that the viewer grasps at once, and a scene with it looks like a captured moment rather than a display of figures.
Loading magazines is one of the most common activities there is between actions and after them, and it is done anywhere there is a moment of quiet: in a trench, by a vehicle, on a cargo bed. The figure doing it sits or kneels, with the head bent down to the hands and the weapon laid aside. That is exactly why such a figure is easy to place even in a very small corner of a scene.
Wash the resin residue off the figure, cut off the print supports and sand the marks with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). On resin a primer is compulsory. With a seated or kneeling figure, test the seating dry on the base or on the cargo bed before you start painting, because once it is finished the position of the legs can no longer be adjusted.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
