A detailed resin engine set, not a helicopter model. The set represents the right-hand General Electric T700 engine in 1:35 scale, as used on H-60 family aircraft — SH-60B, SH-60F, HH-60H, MH-60R, MH-60S, MH-60L, UH-60A, and HH-60. Note: this is the right-hand unit; the left engine is a mirror-image design and Reskit offers it as a separate set. The finely detailed engine suits an open engine bay or a diorama base next to the aircraft. It is made by the Ukrainian manufacturer Reskit.
Apply a primer, then the paint. Build up the engine body in metallic shades and pick out the piping and wiring in contrasting colors. A wash and light pigments will add operational weathering; bring out metal edges with dry-brushing or graphite.
For modelers building an H-60 family aircraft in 1:35 scale (typically Kitty Hawk or Academy) who want to display the engine in an open bay or on a diorama. Working with resin calls for some experience.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, paints, and glue are not included in the package. Wear a respirator and ventilate the area when sanding resin.
