A Sherman crew in detail: 1:35 US tanker with Thompson sub machine gun - WWII depicts an American tanker with a submachine gun. A resin figure in 1:35, Royal Model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A member of an American tank crew armed with the famous submachine gun. The figure is supplied by the Italian brand Royal Model; it is cast in resin and is aimed at armored equipment in 1:35. It is sold unpainted, as parts ready for assembly and for your own approach to the color.
You can tell American tank crews by two things: a short jacket with a knitted collar and cuffs, and a lightened helmet with holes and leather ear flaps, which protected the head against knocks inside a vehicle rather than against splinters. The 11.43 mm Thompson submachine gun was practical for a crew, because it could be taken through a hatch and in close combat it had great stopping power.
The knitted collar and cuffs are best picked out by running an almost dry brush over the raised ribs of the knitting after a dark base. The jacket itself belongs rather to warm brownish green tones. On the helmet do not forget the leather flaps, which have a different saturation from the shell, and the chin strap. The wooden parts of the weapon gain depth from a thin glaze over a lighter base.
The package consists of resin castings, unpainted and unglued. The vehicle and modeling supplies are not enclosed, unless stated otherwise.
