Plastic kit of the Bronco V-1 Fieseler Fi 103 Re-3 (1:35) - the two-seat trainer version of the piloted German V-1 flying bomb of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic kit from Bronco captures the two-seat trainer version Fi 103 Re-3 in 1:35 scale - the training variant for pilots of the intended piloted V-1 flying bomb. The kit is injection-molded in light gray plastic, with clear parts for the glazing and photo-etched parts added. It contains two simple cockpits with interior detail, so that the trainer variant with two seats can be built.
The V-1 (Fieseler Fi 103), known in German as the Vergeltungswaffe 1, was a German flying bomb with a pulsejet, one of the first weapons of its kind and a forerunner of modern cruise missiles. In an effort to make its aim more accurate, a piloted version was created (the Reichenberg series); the Re-3 was the two-seat trainer variant for pilot training. The piloted V-1s never reached combat use.
Separate the small and photo-etched parts with a sharp knife and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue, and the plastic parts with thin modeling cement. Lay down a primer before painting, then spray with an airbrush; we recommend masking the cockpit glazing. Historically it is sound to treat the model as a technical exhibit rather than as an ordinary aircraft.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
