TFace masking set B-26 Marauder 1:48 (Eduard)

A precisely cut masking set of kabuki masking paper for a model of the American Martin B-26 Marauder medium bomber in 1:48 scale. The TFace designation means that the set holds masks for spraying the richly glazed cabin from both sides, that is from the outside and from the inside. The result is faithful frames visible even when looking into the fuselage.

Use

  • Stick the inner masks on and spray the frames before the cabin is closed up
  • Use the outer masks after assembly and press the edges down against seepage
  • Spray the frames with an airbrush after a primer has been applied
  • Lift the masks off carefully once they have dried

Who the set is for

For advanced modelers building the B-26 Marauder in 1:48 scale who want realistic frames on the extensive glazing from both sides.

This is an accessory, not a standalone model. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.

TFace holds masks for the inner side of the glazing as well, so the frames can be sprayed from both sides of the cabin.

No. It is a masking accessory for a model; the model itself is not included in the package.

Ideally before the cabin is closed up and glued, so that the inner frames can be sprayed comfortably.
