Colored 3D interior decals from Kelik for faithfully bringing both cockpits of the Grumman F-14 A Tomcat carrier fighter to life in 1:48 scale. The set renders the instrument panels, the side consoles and the controls of the pilot and the weapons operator alike. The set is intended for Hasegawa kits.
The F-14 A Tomcat was a two-seat carrier fighter of the US Navy with a variable-geometry wing. It carried a powerful radar and long-range missiles and for decades formed the main defense of the aircraft carriers. The rear seat belonged to the weapons systems operator.
These are colored 3D interiors on decal film. The film follows the relief and looks three-dimensional once applied. First coat the surface under the decal with gloss clear coat, then press the part down into the detail with a soft cotton swab and seal it with matte clear coat. Check the manufacturer's instructions for whether a decal softener may be used with it; makers tend to be cautious about it with printed parts.
This is a set of decals (an aftermarket accessory), not a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
