A detailed resin conversion set in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer CMK. This is not a separate kit of the vehicle but a collection of resin exterior parts that let a build be adapted to the various production variants of the light Hetzer tank destroyer as they appeared in turn in 1944 and 1945. The set is intended for plastic models of the Hetzer in this scale.
The Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer was a light German tank destroyer of the end of the Second World War, built on a proven chassis of Czechoslovak origin. It was marked out by its low silhouette, well-angled armor and a 75 mm gun mounted in a fixed superstructure. During production it went through a series of small changes that distinguish early from late examples.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); protect your airways when sanding. Compare the features of the particular variant before you fit anything. For a true appearance, color modulation, washes and pigments for mud and dust effects on the running gear all work well.
The accessory is supplied unpainted as a resin set. The paints, glue and base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
