This is not a figure but a resin accessory from the Czech manufacturer Firma49. The Palm hands set contains replacement palms and hands in various positions in 1:48 scale. On small figures the hands are often simplified, and a quality replacement raises their credibility and the variety of their gestures.
An open palm, a clenched fist or a gripping hand makes it easier to adjust the holding of a weapon, a tool or an object and brings the pose of a figure to life. The parts are 3D printed in resin with the fingers drawn out, adapted to the smaller 1:48 scale.
The parts can be sanded and drilled as usual and are glued with super glue. Before fine shaping of the fingers, a brief dip in hot water helps: the resin softens slightly and hardens again once cooled. We recommend a primer as a base and the painting of skin to match the face.
The accessory is supplied as unpainted resin parts. Figures, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
