A precisely cut self-adhesive mask for models of the modern Swedish Saab JAS 39 Gripen multirole fighter in 1:48 scale. The set is double-sided, so it holds masks for the outer and the inner side of the glazing. That lets you spray the canopy frames from both sides, and the view into the interior through the glazing looks faithful.
The masks follow the shape of the frames; all you do is lay them on the glass, press them down and spray. Once the paint has dried you lift them off and the glazing stays perfectly clear, with no paint creeping under and no laborious cutting of tape. The glazing of the bubble canopy of the Gripen has pronounced shapes on which cleanly sprayed frames pay off especially well.
The set is intended for models of the JAS 39 Gripen in the scale stated and belongs among the quick improvements with a large visual effect.
