HäT 1:72 Brunswick cavalry is a set of twelve riders in four poses, two of them with a choice of right arm.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of plastic figures in 1:72 scale from the brand HäT. The package contains twelve riders in four poses and horses in two poses. Two of the poses offer a choice of right arm, so you choose how the weapon is held and the formation does not repeat itself. The figures are unpainted and the riders have to be seated in the saddle.
The Brunswick corps of Duke Friedrich Wilhelm was among the most remarkable units of the Napoleonic Wars. After the loss of his own territory the duke raised a force dressed in black with a death's head on the shako, which fought against France in Spain and in 1815 at Quatre Bras, where the duke fell. The black uniforms came about for practical reasons, but they became a mark that the corps deliberately kept.
Wash the plastic, dry it and spray it with a flexible primer. Do not paint the black uniform in pure black but in a dark gray with lightened edges, as otherwise the figure loses all its detail. Try the optional arms dry and distribute them so that the detachment does not look monotonous. Seat the riders in the saddle once the horse is painted, and set the shabraques apart with a lighter edging.
The figures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
