The Republic F-105 Thunderchief was an American fighter-bomber whose name is tied above all to its deployment over Southeast Asia. The F-105F and F-105G versions were two-seaters; the F-105G machines specialized in suppressing enemy air defenses, which made them one of the most interesting chapters of the type.
