Responsibility details are not available.
A set of unglued plastic figures in 1:72 scale from Zvezda. The package contains approximately 40 foot figures in roughly 11 poses. The figures are intended to be assembled and painted and suit larger dioramas as well as tabletop games.
The voltigeurs were the elite light infantry of the French army in the Napoleonic wars, roughly in the years 1805 to 1813. They served as dispersed skirmishing screens that went ahead of the main line infantry, harassed the enemy with accurate fire and made use of cover in the terrain. Smaller, agile soldiers were chosen for them, and the units wore characteristic distinguishing colors.
Separate the parts from the sprue and glue them with cement for plastic or super glue. Apply a base coat, paint with a brush or an airbrush and bring out the details of the uniform and equipment with a wash. Look up the exact shades of the uniforms and the markings for a particular regiment.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and bases are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
