Airfix 1:72 Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 is an injection-molded plastic kit of the legendary German fighter of the Second World War, suitable for beginning modelers as well.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from the maker Airfix captures one of the most widespread versions of the German Bf 109 fighter. The model has a low difficulty of assembly, clearly broken-down sprues and a decal sheet with several marking options. Thanks to the easy build it suits an entry into modeling, and at the same time it will please more experienced builders with a quick result.
The Bf 109G-6 was among the most mass-produced renderings of the whole 109 series. The recognition feature of the version was the characteristic fairings over the guns in the forward part of the fuselage. The machine was committed on every front of the Second World War and served with a number of Germany's allies and satellites, which is reflected in the varied marking possibilities.
Glue the parts together with a thin cement for plastic, which runs into the joints. Apply a thin base before painting; the typical German camouflage with mottling on the sides of the fuselage is best managed with an airbrush. The cabin can be built with the classic or with the bulged canopy according to the chosen variant. Apply the decals over a gloss clear coat and finally unify the model with a matte varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
