DK Decals 1:72 No.1 Sqn in WWII is a sheet of wet decals with markings for the aircraft of the British No.1 Squadron of the Second World War period, for models in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This themed sheet of wet (water-slide) decals from the maker DK Decals is devoted to a single famous unit, the British No.1 Squadron RAF, and to its aircraft during the Second World War, in 1:72 scale. It is not a model but a set of decals for finishing models as particular machines of this squadron. Because it concentrates on one unit, you can even build a small collection documenting its development and the types it flew.
No.1 Squadron was among the oldest and best known squadrons of the RAF. During the war it passed through several types of machine, from the Hawker Hurricane fighter through the Supermarine Spitfire to the powerful Hawker Typhoon, and flew them from the Battle of France and the Battle of Britain through night operations to the later fighting over the Continent.
The package contains only decals. The models, paints and glue are not included.
