Responsibility details are not available.
A set of unpainted plastic figures and artillery pieces in 1:72 scale from the Italian maker Italeri. The package contains gun crews in several poses together with several artillery pieces and accessories for building a firing position. Everything is meant to be separated from the frame, assembled and painted.
Union artillery played a key role in both defense and fire support during the American Civil War (1861 to 1865). The set includes typical weapons of the period, smoothbore guns, rifled guns, a siege mortar and a Gatling gun, along with their crews. Terrain elements such as fortifications and fences are also included.
Separate the figures and the gun parts carefully from the frame and clean up the mold parting lines. Use plastic cement for gluing. Apply a primer before painting; pick out the metal barrels with a metallic paint, treat the wooden carriages in wood shades, and a wash helps the structure and the shadows stand out.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
