A soft modeling wire of lead with a round cross-section and a diameter of 0.5 mm in the long variant, about 240 mm per piece. Lead is easy to shape, holds its shape and does not spring back, so it convincingly replaces hoses and lines of medium thickness.
Cut the length you need, bend it to shape and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue. The surface takes paint and primer. Longer pieces make a continuous run without unnecessary joints easier.
