Part of the modular system of desk stands that Vallejo builds from wooden parts set side by side. While the other modules take care of bottles, brushes and tools, this one is reserved for the airbrush cleaning station, that is for the pot into which the airbrush is flushed when moving between shades.

Why it pays off

• The cleaning pot has a fixed place and does not get in the way on the desktop

Before you order

It is a part of an assembly, not a standalone bench unit. It comes into its own once you also have the other modules of the stand for it to connect to. The wooden parts join without tools, but the joints benefit from a drop of glue, because the assembly then takes ordinary shifting around the work surface. Think the placement through beforehand: the cleaning station belongs on the side where the hose from the compressor will not cross your hand.

Who it is for

For anyone who sprays with an airbrush regularly and changes shade several times during one session. Anyone who picks the airbrush up a few times a year will get by with a plain pot without anchoring it in an assembly.

Airbrush cleaners tend to be flammable and irritant. Work in a ventilated room and keep the pot closed when you are not using it.
