This is not an aircraft model but a cockpit accessory. This variant is supplied without the safety belts, so it suits modelers who want to use belts of their own (fabric or etched ones, for instance). The parts are made by modern technology with a fine surface structure.
The SJU-17 (NACES) ejection seat was used in modern American carrier-based fighters. In the two-seat F-14D both the pilot's and the weapons systems operator's positions were fitted with one, which is why the set contains two seats. The seat allowed an emergency escape from the machine across the whole range of speeds and altitudes.
Wash the resin parts free of the mold release agent and separate them carefully from the casting blocks. The seats are painted mostly in dark shades with the cushions and the ejection handles set apart in color. You add the belts yourself. Glue with cyanoacrylate and protect your airways when sanding.
