This is one resin figure of a German staff officer in 1:35 scale, 3D designed, from the Polish maker Panzer Art. Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut away the sprue gates and clean them up with respiratory protection. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Lay down a thin base coat, paint the uniform with acrylics or oils and finish camouflage patterns or insignia with a fine brush and glazes.
