This set from Hobby 2000 is not an airplane model but a detail accessory: 3D-printed resin gun barrels for a model of the American Bell P-39 Airacobra fighter in 1:48 scale. They replace the plastic parts and bring sharper, finer weapon shapes.
The Bell P-39 Airacobra carried unusually heavy armament, whose signature element was an engine-mounted cannon firing through the propeller hub, backed up by machine guns. The gun barrels are among the most prominent visible details on a model.
Separate the thin parts with particular care so that they do not break, and clean them up. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Metallic shades with a light wash give the guns a realistic look.
This is an add-on set. The airplane model itself, glue, paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
