P-47D Bubbletop masking set 1:72 (HGW, Simply Masks)

This is a set of self-adhesive masks, not an airplane model. The masks are cut from quality kabuki film and serve to mask the canopy frames and the other glazing of the American P-47D Thunderbolt fighter in the Bubbletop version with the bubble canopy precisely. The individual parts are usually numbered for easy orientation.

Use

• Transfer the masks with tweezers onto clean, degreased glazing.
• Press them down against the frames so that no paint runs under the edge.
• Spray the canopy frame, let it dry and lift the masks off.
• Kabuki film is easy to shape even around the curves of the canopy.
