This is not a model but a set of precisely cut self-adhesive masking templates for painting the glazing of the cockpit on a model of the British Hawker Typhoon Mk.I fighter with the later tear drop canopy. The double-sided version makes it possible to mask the frames from the outside and the inside alike, so that the inner side of the canopy gets the correct interior color and the outer side the shade of the airframe.

• Masking the frames of the cockpit glazing from both sides.
• A precise separation of the inner and the outer shade of the canopy.
• Sticking on, overspraying and lifting off with no adhesive residue.

Usage tips

Clean the glazing of dust and grease before sticking the mask on. Lay the mask on with tweezers, press it against the frames and spray the paint in thin coats so that it does not creep under. Lift the mask off before the paint has fully cured.
