SFX Green Rust

Vallejo SFX Green Rust - a green corrosion effect

Green Rust belongs to the Vallejo range of special effects (Special FX). It is not a covering paint, but a ready-made water-based acrylic effect product with which you can create green corrosion, verdigris and oxidation bloom on copper, bronze and iron surfaces quickly and believably. The paint is non-toxic, without smell and comes in a dropper bottle.

Use

• It is laid on exclusively with a brush, by dotting or stippling into recesses and onto edges.
• Shake the bottle well before use, as the pigment settles to the bottom.
• Ideal for the patina of pipework, gutters, statues, weapons and sci-fi or fantasy dioramas.
• Layer it with the other effects of the range (rust, corrosion) for a more three-dimensional result.

For modelers and figure painters who want a realistic patina without mixing pigments. Suitable for the intermediate and advanced level.

A water-thinnable acrylic, non-toxic and without smell. Store at room temperature out of the reach of children and shake before use.
