SG10 Gundam Color Spray MS Char's Pink is a lacquer aerosol from Gunze in the lighter of the two signature colors of the robots of the pilot Char Aznable. Char, nicknamed the Red Comet, is the most famous opponent of the original Mobile Suit Gundam series, and his robots (Mobile Suits, MS for short), the Zaku II and the Gelgoog, are always finished in red and pink. The shade comes pre-thinned and ready to spray, so you can lay down the exact Char pink even without an airbrush. The can usually holds 100 ml and dries to a semi-gloss mecha finish.

Use

• Shake the can thoroughly before use and during work, so that the pigment is mixed.
• Apply thin coats from a distance of roughly 25 cm, preferring several light passes to one thick coat.
• Paint in warm, dry conditions: damp and cold spoil the drying and the sheen.
• Char's Pink covers the lighter areas of the robot; the deeper parts are taken over by SG11 MS Char's Red, as Char's machines usually carry both shades.
• Seal the finish with a clear coat: gloss under the decals, matte or semi-gloss at the end for the typical mecha look.
