Mr.Paint MRP-449 Cream is a modeling paint of the lacquer type in the RAL 9001 shade. It is thinned with a lacquer thinner, not with water.

A modeling paint from the maker Mr.Paint in the RAL 9001 shade, a cream white. The line with the MRP code without the letter A is of the lacquer type: it comes thinned for spraying straight from the bottle with an airbrush and it is thinned with a lacquer thinner. It is not thinned with water and it is not mixed with water-thinnable acrylics. The standard bottle in the line holds 30 ml.
RAL 9001 is a cream white shade from the basic RAL Classic register, that is from the ordinary industrial standard rather than from the military F9 register. Cream white suits modeling work on interiors, on white markings, as a base under light shades and on buildings and civil equipment, where a pure white looks too harsh.
The paint comes thinned for spraying straight with an airbrush. Light shades are demanding in terms of coverage, so mix the bottle thoroughly and allow for several thin coats; a base of light gray primer will help reach full coverage sooner. As a lacquer it is durable once dry and will take masking. Flush the airbrush with a lacquer thinner; water will not clean it.
The paint is flammable and contains organic solvents. Work in a well-ventilated space, use a respirator with a filter for organic vapors and keep the paint away from open flame. The airbrush, thinner and masking material are not included in the package.
