Responsibility details are not available.
A 3D-printed resin set of magazines and ammunition boxes for the German 37 mm Flak 36 anti-aircraft gun in 1:35 scale from GINGER CAT. The manufacturer gives eight pieces in the package. The set completes a firing position and the crew area alike, and it follows on from the separate ammunition sets of the same caliber.
The Flak 36 was an improved version of the 37 mm anti-aircraft gun: it received a lighter two-wheeled carriage that could be moved more quickly, and simplified controls. The weapon was loaded from magazines that clipped on, so full and empty ones always lay by the carriage, together with the boxes they were replenished from. A model of the gun without these small things looks like a museum exhibit; with the magazines and boxes it looks like a position in action.
3D-printed parts are small and brittle: separate them with a fine-tooth saw or with nippers and level the remains of the print supports with a fine file. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); solvent cement for plastic does not hold. Before painting, spray a thin coat of primer, as a heavy coat would drown the detail.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
