A full-color photo-etched set of safety seatbelts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for the large Messerschmitt Bf 109G-5/G-6 kit in 1:24 scale from Airfix. The belts come pre-printed in color, so all you do is take them out, shape them and place them in the seat. This is not an airplane model but a cockpit detail accessory.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109G was one of the most widespread German fighters of the Second World War. The G-5 and G-6 versions were built in large numbers and were powered by the Daimler-Benz DB 605 engine. In the large 1:24 scale even small cockpit details stand out, and the pilot's seatbelts are exactly that.
Separate the photo-etched steel belts carefully, shape the folds and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The color print is finished, so there is no need to paint them; any edges can be touched up with a brush.
This is an add-on photo-etched set, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
