USAF Jet Fighter Ground Crew (1:48) is a resin set of three Tori Factory figures capturing the ground crew of the US Air Force at a jet fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin figure set from the South Korean brand Tori Factory. It holds three figures of members of the ground crew of the US Air Force attending a modern jet fighter. It is not a model of an aircraft but a diorama addition that sets a finished fighter model into a story. It is supplied as an unassembled and unpainted resin kit.
The ground crew of a modern air force handles the preparation of an aircraft before takeoff and the care after landing, from checking the airframe to marshaling on the parking area. The 1:48 scale suits the wide offer of plastic fighters in that format, and the figures will give the machine a human dimension.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts, carefully cut away the casting blocks (gates) and dry-fit them. Glue the resin with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. With the 1:48 figures a filler primer and fine shading of the faces and the clothing work well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
