1:48 Hot Pilot and Hot Dog Crew is a resin set of two figures in 1:48 scale - a modern fighter pilot and a member of the ground personnel.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin figure set from the South Korean brand Tori Factory in 1:48 scale, not an aircraft kit. The package holds a pair of modern characters - a fighter pilot and a member of the ground handling crew - suitable for bringing airfield scenes and dioramas beside models of jet aircraft to life. The castings are intended for more experienced modelers who want to add a human dimension and a sense of scale to a scene.
The characters capture a typical pair from the operations of a modern air force: a pilot in flying dress and a member of the ground personnel at ordinary work around the machine. The set suits models of present-day jet aircraft and diorama views from an air base.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts, carefully cut away the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. A base coat of primer and then layering of acrylics or enamels work well for the painting; finish the faces and the accessories with a brush.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a model of the aircraft are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
