This detailed resin set reproduces the upgraded K2C1 assault rifle of the South Korean army in 1:12 scale. It is not a standalone model but an accessory for the hand of a figure. The package usually includes the rifle with several stock options (folding, extended, shorter and longer), optics, night vision, gun sights, a foregrip, a knife, a magazine and a sling.
The K2C1 is an upgraded version of the 5.56 mm K2 rifle, fitted with a Picatinny rail and a telescoping folding stock. It serves for mounting optics and accessories to present-day standards and is in service with the armed forces of the Republic of Korea.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue. Use matte black to dark gray for the metal parts and brown or olive tones for the stock; pick out the small details with a dry brush.
It is supplied as an unpainted resin set. Paints, glue and the figure are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
