This is a detail accessory, not a kit. The set holds miniature mooring bollards for 1:700 models of Royal Navy warships of the First World War. The parts are made with modern technology and carry fine detail that is hard to reach in photo-etched brass or in plastic.
The bollards serve to fit out the decks realistically. They replace simplified or inaccurately shaped items from the base kit and raise the fidelity of the deck, above all on collector's models in the small ship scales.
Separate the parts carefully from the carrier, clean them and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) applied in the smallest possible amount. Given the size of the parts, tweezers and a magnifier help. Apply a thin primer before painting.
This is an add-on set, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
