A resin set of replacement heads with African facial features in 1:35 scale from the Polish maker Mantis Miniatures. It is not a figure or a kit but a detail accessory for replacing the stock heads on figures. The heads are cast in two sizes to match the proportions of various bodies.
The set makes it easy to render figures of African ethnicity and suits military and civilian scenes, from the African conflicts or from a civilian setting for instance. Convincing facial features save the laborious reworking of stock heads.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off at the neck and glue them with super glue. Adjust the neck to the collar of the body. For darker skin tones, layer the paint and bring out the detail with gentle lightening.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Figures, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
