The identification insignia on the sides and on the roof of a vehicle are the first thing by which a viewer recognizes whom the vehicle belongs to. Applied with paint they moreover look different from a decal: they follow the unevenness of the surface, they can be unified with the rest of the coat and there is no glossy film or edge of carrier film to deal with. This set is prepared exactly for that, and in 1:35 scale it fits models of armored and of truck vehicles.

Fit the masks only onto a finished and dry base coat, never onto fresh paint. Degrease the surface, press the mask down over its whole area and apply the paint at a right angle and in thin coats, or it wicks under the edge.
The set is aimed at builders of present-day vehicles in 1:35 scale who want to spray the insignia instead of using decals. The work is not demanding, but it calls for patience in positioning. The model, paints, an airbrush and varnish are not included, unless stated otherwise.
