Responsibility details are not available.
Injection-molded plastic kit of the European two-seat combat aircraft Panavia Tornado in the specialized ECR version, in 1:144 scale, by Revell. The ECR is a variant for electronic warfare and suppression of enemy air defenses. The model has variable-geometry wings and finely engraved surface detail.
The Tornado is a twin-engine, two-seat combat aircraft with variable-geometry (swing) wings, developed jointly by Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy. The ECR version was created for the Luftwaffe and specializes in locating and destroying ground radars and air-defense systems; it carries anti-radar guided missiles and reconnaissance equipment.
Glue the parts with a thin liquid cement for plastic; if the kit allows the wings to move, leave the relevant joints unglued and dry-fit the mechanism first. Glue the clear canopy with canopy cement to keep it clear, and paint both cockpits before closing up the fuselage. Assemble the underwing stores and anti-radar missiles separately. After a gloss coat and decals, bring out the panel lines with a wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
