A set of resin pigeon figures in 1:16 scale from the Czech manufacturer Firma49. It is not a kit but a small figural accessory that gives a diorama life and atmosphere. Pigeons are among the classic staffage elements of urban as well as rural scenes - they perch on roofs, ledges, paving, barrels or crates.
Birds on a diorama add scale and realism at once. In the large 1:16 the detail of the plumage and the stance stand out, so they suit larger scene busts, figures and richly built city corners in particular.
Wash the resin figures free of the mold release agent and cut the casting blocks off. Build the base coat with an airbrush or a brush, shade the plumage with glazes and dry brushing; tune the eyes and the beak with a fine brush. They can be glued with cyanoacrylate.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and unassembled. Neither paints nor glue are included in the package.
