A plastic kit in 1:24 scale from the manufacturer Revell in the Model Set form. Unlike a classic kit, this gift set also contains basic water-thinnable acrylic paints, a brush and glue, so it serves as a coherent starting package. In the package you will find injection-molded plastic parts, clear parts for the glazing and the headlights, rubber tires and a decal sheet with the famous Martini Racing livery.
The Porsche 934 arose in 1976 as a customer racing car of the Group 4 GT class, derived from the road-going 911 Turbo. It is powered by a turbocharged air-cooled flat-six mounted at the rear. The car made its mark in the World Sportscar Championship and in national series, and together with the striking blue, white and red Martini colors it is among the icons of the 1970s.
Bond the parts with thin cement for plastic, sand the body joints down once they have cured and spray on a filler. It is advisable to polish the painted body and to apply a gloss coat under the decals as well, so that they settle without silvering. The enclosed paints will serve for the details of the interior and the engine; for a smooth body finish an airbrush is the right choice.
The model is supplied unassembled. Paints, a brush and glue are included in the package with this Model Set; further accessories are not.
