Mirage Hobby Emil und Franz 1917 (1:32) is a rich set of 3D-printed figures of the crew and mechanics of German artillery observation air units of the First World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This figure set in 1:32 scale captures the crew and ground personnel of the German air units Flieger Abteilung Artillerie of 1917. Besides a pilot and an observer it contains two mechanics and extensive equipment. The whole set is produced with modern 3D printing technology, with fine detail on the uniforms and the kit.
The Flieger Abteilung Artillerie units served during the First World War to observe and direct artillery fire from the air. The crew consisted of a pilot and an observer, who photographed the ground and guided the batteries; ground personnel kept the machines running. The set therefore makes it possible to build a striking airfield scene from the period of the Great War.
Wash the 3D-printed resin parts free of uncured print resin residue, carefully cut off the supports and the carrier blocks and glue them with super glue. Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Bring out the uniforms with acrylic paints in field gray-green tones and fine shading; pick out the leather and metal parts with dry-brushing.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
