A6M2 Zero Type 21 1:35 is a 3D-printed color instrument panel from Red Fox Studio on a self-adhesive backing: a realistic accessory for detailing the cockpit, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a 3D-printed, fully painted instrument panel with interior details from Red Fox Studio in 1:35 scale. The parts on a thin self-adhesive backing have a three-dimensional relief of the instruments and imitation glossy glass. It is not an airplane model but an accessory for detailing the cockpit of a corresponding kit of this type and scale.
The Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero Type 21 was the carrier version of the legendary Japanese fighter, adapted for service on aircraft carriers by its folding wingtips. The Zero was famous for its great range and outstanding maneuverability, and in the first years of the war in the Pacific it was among the most feared fighters; it was the Type 21 that took part in the attack on Pearl Harbor. It was powered by a Nakajima Sakae radial engine.
The relief panel is stuck in place of the original one, best with super glue (cyanoacrylate), though PVA glue also works. The surface takes fine toning with oil and acrylic paints and a little bending or sanding. The paints and glue are not included in the package.
The accessory is supplied unassembled; the paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
