This is a detailed 3D printed wheel set in 1:35 scale for the Italian Autoblinda AB41 armored reconnaissance car. The wheels carry the Libia desert tread and replace the original parts with a more faithful version with sharp relief on the tire and the rim. The manufacturer is the Italian brand Royal Model.
The Autoblinda AB41 was an Italian armored car used in the Second World War for reconnaissance and for combat, among other places in the North African theater. Tires with a special desert tread were among the characteristic features of the vehicles deployed in the desert.
Wash the 3D printed wheels, cut off the supports and sand away the print marks. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the tires with a matte rubber color, set the rims apart and dust the whole with desert pigments for a realistic desert look.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
