British radio station 1:35 is a resin, 3D printed set of period British radio sets for bringing Second World War vehicles and dioramas to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of resin, 3D printed parts in 1:35 scale capturing a British field radio set of the Second World War, including a rendering after the Wireless Set No. 19 and the related equipment (power supply, amplifier, receiver, protective frames). This is not a vehicle kit but an interior accessory that adds faithful detail to armored vehicles, staff cars and dioramas.
British and Allied vehicles of the Second World War relied on the Wireless Set series of radios, which provided command and communication between units. The characteristic boxy cases with their controls are among the typical features of the interiors of tank turrets and command vehicles of the period.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water, separate them from the carrier blocks and clean up the surfaces. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate), and sanding should be done with respiratory protection. Before fitting them into an interior it is worth painting the surfaces separately and finishing the weathering, because once installed they tend to be hard to reach.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted as resin parts. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
