A figure of a crawling undead character in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian brand Spalah. Resin 3D print, for horror and post-apocalyptic scenes.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is one figure for fantasy scenes, not a military character: an undead figure in a crawling position, which the manufacturer designates as Zombie Crawlface, in 1:35 scale. The figure is printed in 3D from photopolymer resin by the Ukrainian brand Spalah. Horror and post-apocalyptic scenes form a branch of modeling in their own right, and 1:35 scale is the most common one for them, because it allows them to be combined with ordinary military equipment.
The crawling position is the most demanding and at the same time the most effective for figures of this kind: the character drags itself along the ground, so it is spread out flat and the viewer sees the whole of it, including the face and the hands. That is exactly why nothing can be hidden on it, and printing in resin is a necessity here rather than a luxury: the undercut shapes beneath the body could not be cast in a two-part mold.
Wash the resin residue off the figure, cut off the print supports and sand the marks with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). On resin a primer is compulsory. With an undead character work with unpleasant tones: a gray-green to gray-blue base for the skin, a dark wipe into every cavity and only very sparing light highlights. Keep the glossy areas to the eyes and the wounds.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
